The MVDBAI will be holding its annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at 7:30pm in the Brian Whyte club room at the stadium.
Any members over 18 years of age, and any parents of children, who have been members for at least 12 months may nominate as a director (3 positions available). The Board is also seeking nominations for Life Memberships; nominations for 5 year, 10 year & 15 year volunteer service awards; and any notices of motion to be voted upon at the AGM. Each of these must be received in the office or via email on mvdbai.58@gmail.com no later than 7:30pm 24 April 2026. Nomination forms are available in the office or as requested via the mvdbai.58@gmail.com email address.
NB – All members, and parents of child members, are encouraged to attend and have your say in the running of your association on 20 May.
